Vectra 3D is a topical broad-spectrum treatment that protects dogs against fleas, ticks, mosquitos, lice, mites (excluding mange mites) and biting sand flies.
With three active ingredients, Vectra 3D affects fleas (Ctenocephalides felis) and ticks on contact with the skin, before they bite. Flea feeding is reduced in as little as 5 minutes, and fleas are killed within 6 hours. By targeting fleas at all life stages (egg, larva and adult), the breeding cycle is interrupted.
The quick-drying, waterproof formula provides protection for a full month, even with swimming and regular bathing.
Vectra 3D repels and kills ticks that may transmit Lyme disease, Rocky Mountain spotted fever, babesiosis, ehrlichiosis, bartonellosis, hepatozoonosis and anaplasmosis including:
Brown dog tick (Rhipicephalus sanguineus)
Deer tick/Black legged tick (Ixodes scapularis)
American dog tick (Dermacentorvariabilis)
Lone star tick (Amblyommaamericanum)
Gulf coast tick (Amblyommamaculatum)
Vectra 3D may be used as an alternative to Frontline Plus.
