If you have opted to receive a recurring order / auto-refill, you are able to cancel or re-schedule it at any time.
- Simply log in via the "Tili" link at the top right of this page or click here to login directly.
- You will see a link on the left menu "Recurring Orders".
- Click the "cancel" or "re-schedule" link to the right of the order you'd like to cancel or re-schedule.
This is instant and will only affect orders that have not been charged for yet.
Please contact support if you didn't manage to cancel an order in time and it's between payment and shipping times.
